Whether you prevail or fail, endure or die, whether you make it onto the "Fortune 500", and whether you stay there, depends more on what you do to yourself than on what the world does to you. Jim Collins, The Secret of Enduring Success (Fortune Magazine, May 2008)

Envision, align, refine, or re-tune for essential impact.
When was the last time you stepped back to clarify or re-imagine how you define success... for yourself, for your "stakeholders" (who often include those closest to you), and for your business? We believe this is essential to sustainable success and beneficial impact... from the inside-out and the outside-in.
Even the finest instruments require frequent re-tuning, and fine-tuning, to sustain their excellence over time. Following are examples of programs we've developed to help you do the same.
- From Growing Pains to Business Flywheel (business coaching)
It can be a "good problem" to experience growing pains, for they often indicate your organization has grown faster and larger than your expectations and the original structures you designed to support it. However, the longer you delay your investment to "right-size" or further scale your business, the more quickly "opportunity costs" pile up and drain the value. These hidden costs come in various forms, including missed opportunities, increased expenses, reduced efficiencies, lower enjoyment, lost customers, and burn-out--particularly if you are wearing ever more "hats" to fill the increasing gaps in capacity. We partner with you to help you see your business through fresh eyes and a holistic perspective to re-fine, re-tune or significantly re-align with your own inspired definition of success.
- Tune Your Instrument (executives, leaders, teams, entrepreneurs, coaches)
We provide a powerful framework, tools and resources specifically developed to help you reflect on, enrich, and deepen your effectiveness and become an ever better version of the leader, team, entrepreneur and/or coach you aspire to be. We often refer to this as the "12th competency" in professional coaching or "Self As Coach, Self As Leader" as coined through the book of the same name by Pamela McLean, PhD, Hudson Institute of Coaching.
- Coach as Entrepreneur (business coaching)
We help new coaches to establish--and seasoned coaches to re-envision or "right size"--their professional coaching businesses. We have been providing this offering via one-on-one VIP and group coaching programs since 2010. If you are interested in assembling your own group for a virtual workshop, we can custom tailor one for you.
- Journey to Mastery (professional milestones)
We help coaches to achieve professional credentialing based on the Core Competencies established by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Referred to as the "gold standard" in professional coaching, informed clients use this as a differentiator when selecting coaches for their "pre-screened, approved coach roster." We have been providing Mentor Coaching programs to both new and seasoned coaches since 2008. You can find the current ICF requirements at this link: https://coachfederation.org/icf-credential/
