Raise The Bar
Whether desiring to lead a high-performing team or be a leader in your industry, high-performers continually raise their own bar while inspiring others to do the same.
Tune Your Instrument(coaching supervision for seasoned coaches) Referred to as the "12th competency" of professional coaching, or "Self As Coach" (Pamela McLean, Hudson Institute of Coaching), we provide a powerful framework, tools and resources specifically developed to help seasoned coaches to reflect on, enrich, and deepen their work with their clients. Coach Kelly is professionally certified in the "Full Spectrum" and "7-Eye" models specifically designed for coaches. This modality is referred to as "Coaching SuperVision" as it helps to expand the perspective, options, insights and positive impact of professional coaches. Please see below for further details on this relatively new offering in the coaching industry. Sessions are eligible for ICF CEU "Core Competency" credits to support your credential renewal.
Coach as Entrepreneur(business coaching) We help new coaches to establish--and seasoned coaches to re-envision or "right size"--their professional coaching businesses. We have been providing this offering via customized one-on-one coaching programs and half-day and full-day group workshops since 2010. If you are interested in assembling your own group for a workshop in the greater Seattle area, we can custom tailor one for your group. We also offer custom one-on-one programs via phone or video.
Journey to Mastery (Professional Milestones) We help coaches to achieve professional credentialing based on the 11 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Referred to as the "gold standard" in professional coaching, informed clients use this as a differentiator when selecting coaches for their "pre-screened approved coach roster." We have been providing Mentor Coaching programs to both new and seasoned coaches since 2008. You can find the current ICF requirements at this link: https://coachfederation.org/icf-credential/
What is Coaching "SuperVision?"
Coaching Supervision Academy"Full Spectrum Coaching Supervision benefits coaches by opening new fields of awareness and knowledge, attending to the coach, the client, and the system they are in. This ensures that supervision for coaches goes way beyond linear thinking and mere problem-solving approaches to supervision practice."
International Coach Federation"Coaching Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients."
Coach Kelly"Tune Your Instrument is a dedicated, enriching, reflective space to explore the broader and deeper aspects of your work from multiple viewpoints to expand your perspective, creativity, insights and confidence on your journey to personal and professional mastery."
